As most of you already know I am known for allowing horses to self-trim. There are many equestrians, horse trainers and farriers that consider self- trimming to be controversial. So when I show pictures of a horses that are self -trimming or share stories of clients who have horses that are noticeably performing at higher levels due to self- trimming it shocks the masses.

Dogs have the highest rate of cancer any mammal on the planet! Fifty years ago 1 in every 100 dogs got cancer. Today the Animal Cancer Society reports o er 6 million dogs are diagnosed with cancer every year. In one year the cancer rate in dogs jumped from 1 in 2 dogs to 1 in every 1.65 dogs. These statics are a horrifying reality check!
truth about wormers
Today's horses are experiencing extremely adverse side effects to chemical wormers at an alarming rate! Ranging from mild to severe, stress reactions within one hour of chemical worming may include:
1. Loss of control resulting in the horse dropping to the ground
2. Tongue hanging from mouth accompanied by drooling
3. Swollen neck
4. Puffy lips and tongue
5. Noticeably chemical burn on gums
6. Colic
7. Allergic reactions
8. Laminitis
9. Various digestive disturbances
10. Skin reactions including hives followed by bald patches.
